Developing talent is one of our favorite parts of the job.

For over 35 years, MDP has produced live entertainment for resorts, theme parks, theatrical venues, and premier events. The people on our stages and behind them make the work what it is.

Many started with us and went on to Broadway, national tours, and cruise lines.
